​We don't focus on weight loss or over-ambitious fitness goals at our Body Re-Boot camps.
Being a healthy weight will of course improve MANY aspects of your life and health - but you already know this. Our goals are to introduce you to activity and lifestyle changes for maximum performance and health, whatever your body shape and size.

Too tired to exercise? Not enough time? Always seem to be ill or exhausted? We hear this a lot, and often feel the same ourselves, but we've got your back and will help you to get past these hurdles.

Led by our chief Medical Officer and Director Dr Rebecca Salmon, we guarantee a personalised and evidence-based programme tailored specifically to you.

Our Residential Body Re-Boot camps will immerse you in the best knowledge, support and inspiration, whilst also giving you a relaxing weekend focusing completely on you.

Our packages include: Accommodation and food, comprehensive fitness and health assessments with a specialist Doctor, physiotherapy, massage therapy, workshops on sleep, nutrition, strength, flexibility and aerobic training, guest speakers, activities such as open water swimming, cycle adventuring, running with wobbly bits, chillout walks, 6-week personalised programme and a follow-up call from the Doc.
